Chapter 23 Embarrassment
Harry and Ron came to Hagrid's hut, and the door of the hut was closed and it looked like there was no one.
"Hagge, are you here?" Harry shouted.
Hagrid did not respond, but Harry heard the big dog's barking, and then he scolded him in a low voice, and Yaya immediately shut up.
"Harry, it seems that Hagrid doesn't want to see us," Ron said.
"Hagge! Open the door quickly, we want to talk to you!" Harry slapped the door. "We know you're inside."
There is still no response inside.
"If you don't open the door, I'll blow it up!" Harry said, pulling out his wand.
"Harry!" Ron said in a horrified voice. "You can't do this, Hagrid will be angry."
"Why can't it!" said Harry, "Stand back-"
However, before he could speak, the door of the cottage suddenly opened - this was what Harry had expected long ago, and Hagrid stood there and stared at him angrily. Although he was wearing a printed apron, it was still quite scary.
"I'm a teacher!" he shouted at Harry, "Teacher, Potter! How dare you threaten me to blow up my door!"
"Sorry, sir." Harry said, deliberately biting the last two words very heavily, while inserting his wand into his robe.
Hagrid seemed stunned.
“When did you start calling me 'sir'?”
“When did you start calling me ‘Potter’?”
"Wow, smart enough," Hagrid snarled, "funny enough. Go around me, right? Well, come in, you ungrateful guys."
He mumbled angrily, and flashed back and gave way to them. Ron followed Harry into the cabin.
"What's wrong?" said Hager, "What's wrong? I've discovered my conscience? I feel pitiful. I think I'm lonely or something? Then I tell you, I don't need your sympathy." Hager cuts the beef and feeds it to the big dog Yaya, and Yaya screams happily.
"No," Harry said immediately, "we just want to see you, Hagrid, I'm so hungry now, do you have anything to eat here?"
"Hmph, I want to come and see me." Hagrid muttered, "Wait."
He stomped his feet and made tea with a huge copper teapot, muttering something constantly. Finally, he placed two tea cups as big as a small bucket in front of them, the color of the tea was as dark as mahogany, and he also brought a plate of his homemade rock crust. Harry was so hungry that he didn't care about picking up Hagrid's cooking skills and immediately reached for a piece.
"Hagge," Ron stammered, "I didn't take your magical creature protection class because-- because my mom asked me to take other classes, she wanted me to go to the Ministry of Magic, rather than going to Romania to raise dragons like Charlie."
Hagrid snorted hard from his nose.
"Really!" said Ron, "I can't even get my class schedule!"
"I forgive you, Ron." Hagrid still had a stern face, "What about you, Harry?"
Harry ate his rock crust, which almost broke his teeth, but his stomach was so hungry that he barely swallowed the rock crust whole.
