Chapter 436: Fulfilling the Promise
Because of Wukong's huge figure, the monkey hair he pulled out was as thick as a golden cudgel, and directly pushed towards Zhang Yang's head. If Zhang Yang hadn't been protected by the golden bell cover, he would have been killed by Sun Wukong's monkey hair.
Sun Wukong didn't feel very good at this moment. He was so uncomfortable with his big belly that he felt even more uncomfortable than being pregnant. Although he was a stone monkey, he couldn't bear it even with so many bad things in his belly. He rolled on the ground in pain.
At this time, the black bear spirit said to Wukong: "You spit him out first. This is not a solution. I will use chanting scriptures to trap him, and then find a way to conquer him."
Wukong nodded, then opened his mouth, and in an instant, a large amount of black mist sprayed out of his mouth, and then gathered together to turn into huge monsters.
Then the black bear spirit immediately folded his hands together, closed his eyes and recited the scriptures. The scriptures were recited from his mouth and turned into entities, forming a golden cylindrical wall, trapping the monsters in the scriptures.
However, these human evil thoughts are extremely naughty, and the black bear spirit is difficult to control. As it is about to break through the golden wall, the surrounding little monsters hurriedly ran around the golden wall, sat around, and worked together to recite scriptures to help strengthen the golden wall, so that they could barely trap the monsters.
After Wukong recovered his true form, he walked up to Zhang Yang and asked, "What should I do? It is the first time that my old grandson has seen evil thoughts become demons. I don't know what to do. Now I can only go to the South China Sea to invite Guanyin Bodhisattva."
Zhang Yang nodded and said, "Go and go back quickly. I'm here to guard if something happens, there are three life-saving hairs that the Bodhisattva gives me." After Wukong set off in the somersault cloud, Zhang Yang came to the Black Bear. Seeing him closing his eyes and reciting scriptures, he didn't dare to disturb him, so he guarded him next to him.
At this time, the abbot of Guanyin Zen Temple saw that monsters were chanting scriptures to save people, but they ran away because of fear and were ashamed. They summoned all the monks and sat behind the little demons, working with them to recite scriptures to trap demons.
But for some reason, the monster inside the golden wall stopped roaring and struggling, and its body began to gradually shrink, and finally shrank to the size of only one person. At this moment, the person who appeared in the golden wall was Elder Jinchi.
He is no longer the respected monk, but has become a container of evil thoughts and a gathering of all evil.
The black bear, whose eyes were closed tightly, slowly opened its eyes, and tears flashed from his eyes, gradually overflowing from the corners of his eyes and sliding down his cheeks.
He looked at the golden pool with darkness all over his body, stopped chanting scriptures, and opened his mouth to him and said, "Tell me how to save you?"
Jin Chi had no consciousness anymore. He was not even alone, just a container. So he didn't speak, just stared at the black bear, and he could not see anything in his dark eye sockets.
In fact, a long time ago, the Black Bear had already known that Jin Chi had opened the bottle used to hold evil thoughts without authorization. When he wanted to force out the evil thoughts in Jin Chi's body, he was rejected by Jin Chi, and he said he could.
However, the Black Bear did not know that at that time, Jinchi had already become jealous of the black bear due to evil thoughts.
"It was me who taught him to learn Buddhism, so why did his cultivation be higher than me and his ability be greater than me!"
Over time, Jin Chi disconnected from the Black Bear. He didn't want to see a monster that was stronger than him; and Black Bear no longer looked for Jin Chi because he remembered the last content of the contract: "If Jin Chi becomes bad, Black Bear has the right and responsibility to kill him." Black Bear couldn't bear it, so he simply disappeared.
However, now that Jin Chi has become what he is now, Black Bear feels deeply guilty. He attributes all the mistakes to himself and fails to stop Jin Chi in time, which makes him a demon.
Thinking of this, the black bear stood up and walked into the golden wall.
Seeing this, Zhang Yang hurriedly asked, "What are you doing?"
The black bear turned around and replied: "Holy monk, everything arises because of me, and I will end all this." After saying that, he condensed his magic power, took out his inner elixir from his body, reached out to hand it to Zhang Yang, and said: "If I can't control these evil thoughts, please destroy my inner elixir and let me fall into hell with these evil thoughts."
Zhang Yang did not reach out to take it, but shook his head and retreated. How could he do such a kind fairy to let him go to hell?
The black bear burst into tears and said, "Please, holy monk!"
In the end, Zhang Yang took over the black bear's inner pill and held it in his palm, thinking that he would never do that. When Guanyin Bodhisattva comes, everything will be solved.
Then the black bear walked into the golden wall and met Jin Chi face to face. Jin Chi instantly became ferocious and stretched out his hand to pinch the black bear's neck.
"Do you remember what you asked at that time?" Black bear asked with tears in his eyes.
"Then when are you going to do this?"
"Until I die!"
The black bear smiled and looked at Jinchi and said, "I'll fulfill our promise now, Jinchi, goodbye." After that, the black bear put his hand on Jinchi's forehead and used his magic power to absorb all the evil thoughts in his body into his own body. The blackness of Jinchi's body gradually disappeared, and others also returned to their blood and were unconscious on the ground.
Soon, the black bear's body began to swell, and those evil thoughts struggled around his body, trying to break through the black bear's body. However, the black bear shouted to Zhang Yang at this time: "Holy Monk, please!" Then he recited the scriptures in his mouth to control the countless evil thoughts in his body.
Zhang Yang's hand holding the black bear's inner pill was sweating slightly. He was still waiting for Wukong and Guanyin to come back! But time passed by minute by minute, as if he had been walking for thousands of years, so long.
Seeing that the black bear was about to hold on, Zhang Yang reluctantly resigned the inner elixir in his hand to the ground. The moment the inner elixir was shattered, the black bear turned into a ray of black smoke, and disappeared without a trace with countless miserable and harsh roars.
At this moment, the voice of Guanyin Bodhisattva came from the distant sky: "Look, I'm one step late again, what happened?"
When Wukong saw Jinchi lying on the ground, he ignored Guanyin and jumped down and ran to him, helping him up.
Jin Chi slowly opened his eyes and looked at the scene around him. He didn't say anything.
Later, when Guanyin Zen Temple was rebuilt, Zhang Yang said goodbye to Wukong. When he passed by the Black Wind Cave, the long chanting of old monks and little demons came from the cave. They looked at each other and continued to complete their journey to the west.
After walking for a long time, Zhang Yang suddenly saw Wukong wearing a golden hoop on his head and asked, "When did he find it?"
Wukong took down the golden hoop and said, "When she went to find Guanyin, she saw that I didn't wear the golden hoop, so she gave me another one."
Zhang Yang sighed: "I thought there was only one of these things."
Wukong threw the golden hoop on Zhang Yang's head, walked in front of him with his horse, and said, "There are so many, there is one black bear."
