Chapter 435: Evil Thoughts Become Demons

After thinking about it, the Black Bear Spirit felt that Zhang Yang’s words were reasonable. Now was an opportunity. He could ask him how to eliminate evil thoughts in people’s hearts. So he asked: “Since the holy monk understands the Mahayana Buddhism in such profound Mahayana Buddhism, can he give advice to his disciples?”

While Zhang Yang scolded the monkey in his heart why he didn't come to save him, he could only smile and nod in dealing with the situation here.

Black bear expressed his confusion: "Why can the evil thoughts in people's hearts never be eliminated? I don't have that great ability to eliminate the evil thoughts in everyone in the world. I just want to keep the peace in the small village under this mountain, but such a small wish is difficult to realize. The holy monk asks you to teach me what should I do?"

Zhang Yang doesn’t know how to answer this question. Why can people constantly have evil thoughts? The so-called Buddhist scriptures can really eliminate evil thoughts. If anyone searches for someone to become a good person, what will the world become?

Zhang Yang thought about it, but instead of answering the question directly, he asked: "What do you think the sun represents?"

The black bear answered with great certainty: "Light, the sun is the light of life, which can allow all things to grow."

Zhang Yang nodded and asked again: "If you stand under the sun, what will appear under your feet?"

The black bear thought for a while and replied, "It should be a shadow."

Zhang Yang nodded again and said, "That's all, there is light. There is darkness. If you want to think that there is no darkness in the world, then you will destroy the light. Do you understand that way?"

The black bear was stunned when he heard this. He took the bear paw to the candlelight on the cave wall, and reflected his huge bear paw shadow on the stone wall opposite. In an instant, the black bear suddenly realized that the evil thoughts in this world were endless.

Speaking of which, after Wukong came to Elder Jinchi's dormitory, he found a secret door here, leading to the basement. When he came down, he saw the dense bottles, and then he believed that everything about the land was true.

All the corks in these bottles were pulled out, and there was nothing inside. Wukong immediately thought that it was Jin Chi himself. In order to eliminate the evil thoughts in people's hearts, he was swallowed by these evil thoughts.

Just when Wukong was about to confront Jin Chi, he noticed something was wrong behind him. He turned around suddenly and found that Jin Chi was standing behind him with a resentful look on his face! What a strong demonic thought, Wukong could not even notice his arrival. It seemed difficult to deal with him. He hurriedly took out the golden cudgel to deal with the enemy.

Jin Chi's face showed an abnormal green color. He suddenly let out a gloomy and terrifying laughter, and then asked, "Monkey, where are your master? Where have you hidden him? Hand it over quickly. I still have many scriptures to discuss with him."

Wukong sneered and said, "Those useless scriptures are useless to listen to. It would be better to ask for advice from my old grandson!"

Jin Chi twisted his neck in a strange posture and said in surprise: "A Buddhist disciple actually said that the scriptures are useless. It's really a rebellious thing."

Wukong said, "If the scriptures are useful, how could you become like this now?"

A sentence left Jin Chi speechless, his face began to wriggle irregularly, and the pustules gradually spread from his face to all parts of his body. His body also began to expand and become huge, and soon squeezed the small basement without leaving.

Seeing that he was quickly pushing towards him, Wukong raised his leg with a golden cudgel, broke through the top floor of the basement, flew directly out of Jinchi's dormitory, and came to the ground.

At this time, a raging fire had already lit up on one side of Guanyin Zen Temple, illuminating half of the sky. The monks still had wicked smiles on their faces. It seemed that they were affected by Jinchi, and their hearts were slowly corroded.

Wukong sighed, then heard the movement under his feet, and hurriedly tumbling away from the black strips.

At this time, the golden pool had become a container of evil thoughts, and it had long been beyond recognition. His body was huge and his skin had turned into black translucent substances. It could be clearly seen from the outside that his body was filled with distorted and deformed faces that could not be counted.

The monks in the Zen temple were also frightened by the monster and ran away. Wukong carried the golden cudgel and waved it towards the monster's head, but it had no effect. The broken heads would automatically gather together and re-form an ugly head.

Wukong understood that what he was dealing with was not a living entity monster, but a container of evil thoughts formed by countless evil thoughts. As long as these evil thoughts are not eliminated, he will never be able to subdue them.

Seeing the monster waving his arms to attack Wukong, he could only dodge and had no way to attack. Wukong really wanted to go to the South China Sea to find Guanyin Bodhisattva for help, but he couldn't leave now. If he left, the monster might attack the monks in the Zen temple and the villagers in the village. He could only deal with the monster in this way.

At this time, a little demon came to report the news outside the Black Wind Cave, saying that something happened to Guanyin Zen Temple and the thing that Black Bear was most worried about was still that something must have happened to Jinchi. He summoned all his children and ran to the bottom of the mountain in a hurry.

Zhang Yang was also following the team. He wasn't worried about Wukong, how could the Monkey King be called in vain? He was just worried about whether Xiao Bailong would be in trouble. That was his only "BMW" mount. If he was injured, he would feel sorry for him.

When they finally arrived at the Guanyin Zen Temple, they saw Sun Wukong sitting in the middle of the Zen Temple, burping there with a big belly.

Zhang Yang squeezed out of the demon group and saw that his "BMW" was safe and sound. He hurriedly squeezed into the demon group and rushed to Wukong and shouted: "Monkey, what happened?"

Wukong covered his mouth with one hand and pointed his swelling belly with the other hand, without saying a word.

Zhang Yang didn't understand what he meant and asked, "Are you pregnant?"

Wukong was so angry that he opened his mouth and cursed: "You bald donkey..." But as soon as he opened his mouth, a black mist came out of his mouth, and he had no choice but to hold back his anger and continue to close his mouth.

At this time, the little white dragon came to Zhang Yang and said to him: "I don't know where a monster came from just now. The eldest brother turned into such a giant and swallowed the monster in one bite."

The black bear demon looked around but didn't see Jinchi. The monks also asked questions and didn't know what was in Sun Wukong's belly. Although he had guessed it, he still asked with a lucky heart: "Is the Jinchi in your belly...is it?"

When Sun Wukong saw that someone understood him, he hurriedly stretched out his thumb and nodded at the black bear.

Zhang Yang was stunned and scolded Wukong: "Stinky monkey, although that old guy is greedy for money, you won't eat him. Besides, you can eat it just by eating it. What's the point of making such a big deal? Show off your seventy-two changes?"

Wuqi was so angry that his eyes were filled with fire. He pulled out a monkey hair and threw it at Zhang Yang.
