Once these strategic reserves are available, the proportion of imported natural gas, crude oil and coal can be increased and domestic oil fields can be gradually sealed.

If global supply is cut off, these reserves can last for at least 18 months, especially as the gasification and electrification strategies advance, no one can control the energy alliance in terms of energy.

It can even manipulate global energy trade and compete with the Miyuan-oil system.
